Deborah has over thirty-six years of experience working with parents and children as a mother, former youth leader, and

executive director of a childcare facility. She has an intense passion for helping parents understand the value of their role

in the life of their children and family. She is the author of "Directed Arrows: 5 Fundamental Principles for Every Parent,"

and two children's books, "Andy's Five Arrows" and "Reagan The Resilient."
