Deborah V. Morgan is a Christian Parenting mentor, author, and founder of Directed Arrows. She is passionate about helping families grow stronger through biblical wisdom and practical parenting tools.

With over 40 years of parenting experience raising three daughters, and now a grandmother of two, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and has served as a Youth Leader for 25 years and Executive Director of a child care facility. Her work focuses on helping parents understand their value and worth to the success of their family.

She believes building a strong family works well using "The Village Approach." Raising children was never meant to be done alone, but with the loving support of a faith-filled, intergenerational community. She has been a part of the same "Village" for over forty years while raising her three beautiful daughters with her husband Darren.
