Deborah V. Morgan is a Christian Parenting mentor, author, and founder of Directed Arrows. She is passionate about helping families grow stronger through biblical wisdom and practical parenting tools.

With over 40 years of parenting experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, she has served as a youth leader and executive director of a child care facility. Her work focuses on helping parents understand that when they grow stronger in identity and faith, their children grow stronger in life.

She believes building a strong family works well using "The Village Approach." Raising children was never meant to be done alone, but with the loving support of a faith-filled, intergenerational community. She has been a part of the same "Village" for over thirty-five years while raising her three beautiful daughters with her husband Darren.
